The Coffee House on Montreal Street. I’m not quite sure of what is happening with the two buildings, but looks like they are being joined up. So glad these two villas survived.

Very impressive! Places like these would be considered absolute crown jewels where I am as our coffee establishments and bistros as well as other restaurants, etc are all housed in generic commercial buildings which are so lacking in charm.
