I went for a walk tonight in Ferrymead Park (near the Tram Station). It’s a lovely spot to walk on a summer’s evening. If you are a nature lover, you can be rewarded with a lot of bird life – White Faced Herons, Kingfishers, Plovers, Pukekos, and you may also even see a few rabbits (or perhaps they are hares as they seem to have rather long ears…).
