A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
I was struck today by the lack of a building where the crane is in this photo. I knew the building was being demolished, but as you can see, it’s completely gone and there is a new view of the port hills just past the Heritage Hotel. That’s what happens all of the time in Christchurch – new and sometimes very disorientating views.
