A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
A little bit of grunge photography for a difference. This building is next to the Les Mills gym in town. I’m not sure what it was before the earthquakes. Now it’s an interesting photo subject (some would say eye-sore). There’s something captivating about the combination of the tall cabbage tree, the corrugated iron, the grating and the window with the missing and broken glass. It just really appeals to me as a composition.
