Spotted on Gloucester Street – a set of letters making up the word ‘people’. The sculpture is called People’s People and is by artist Lucy Matthews. It is from the Maori Proverb….

He aha te mea nui o te ao?
He tangata! He tangata! He tangata!
What is the most important thing in the world?
It is people! It is people! It is people!
