This tree (I suspect it was once a thriving Ficus benjamina) sits in a window on an abandoned building on Armagh Street right by New Regent Street. You can see to the left there what appears to be a meeting table and a window has been left slightly ajar. Such are the peculiar sites we live with every day in Christchurch.
