    I couldn’t help but to notice the external plumbing complete with a vent pipe too — this must be a very old place where they did not desire to cut large holes for sewerage lines when they installed indoor plumbing. Interesting indeed, and the Citroen of opposite colour to the exterior parked outside really adds to the pizazz look of the place!

    I knew that Akaroa was like a gold mine for photography, but here you found a real gem!

    I love that cute car! I am not familiar with it, it must not have been sold in the US. It is the color of my first car, a Dodge Demon. Love green, love the photo!

    – an ID or DS (French puns on words for idea and goddess?) – It was sold in the US (from 1956-72) but didn’t really appeal. My French pen-pal’s dad had one – very nice to ride in. Funny to watch as the back end rose and fell when stopping.
