I went to the Ellerslie International Flower Show this afternoon. It was a stunning day to go as you can tell from the photos. Really sunny and hot. Maybe just a little too hot for my liking!

Raumati South School – won the People’s Choice Award with their sustainable garden.

Oh wow, so many things to love here! The arabesque grass, the fun frogs, the stunning! floral umbrella, the lovely painted benches, and the very charming scarecrow—thank you for making me smile at the end a harried week.

Love the tapestry of perfectly manicured grass designed in Koru shapes floating upon the water garden with scattered containers filled with mini-flower gardens along with that one odd container filled with pillows that tries to beg for attention 🙂
