I spent some time trying to figure out this mystery as I noticed what appeared like Morse code scattered about. There’s a ‘Q’ above 2012, and several ‘I’s and one ‘W’ if you follow the arrows, but alas I’m still no closer to resolving its meaning, that is assuming it has any — could be just random graffiti designed to confuse the curious!
