    Public art at Christchurch never ceases to amaze me! Thanks for posting the link too. After exploring the website for SCAPE Public Art further, I was very impressed.

    There is one photo in the 2008 archive at the website that really jumped out at me, like too much in my face, although at the time it wasn’t meant to be so…(!!!)

    All said, sometimes artworks can take on new dimensions the artists who created them would never dream of in a million years, especially those works that leave a lot for the imagination!

    As always, I enjoy seeing all your photos and the many discoveries they lead to, that collectively have been painting a ‘Monet’ to my mind’s eye 🙂
