Today was the 1st birthday for the Re-Start Mall. I was there the day it opened, and I remember being excited but a little nervous as well (we were still getting quite a few earthquakes). Well, over the last year, I’ve really loved spending a Saturday afternoon at the mall – it’s a place to have a coffee, watch people, do some shopping and just hang out. It was a wonderful place to be today – lots of live music, lots of people, and cake!
