I had coffee and cake today at The Raspberry Cafe in Tai Tapu. It’s a lovely spot to meet up with a few friends. I was there to catch up with my photo club as we were going to photograph the countryside around Tai Tapu after our coffee and cake of course (there’s a sneaking suspicion that we’ve turned into the coffee and cake club instead).

Below, is one of my favourite photos from up on the hill not far from the cafe. The sun was just setting and it made the countryside all amber and lovely.

The farmer who lived nearby where we were photographing kindly invited us to meet and photograph his goats. The goats were wonderful subjects for us – but move rather quickly.
