What are they? Is it art or are they permanent feature lighting (or both)? I had a look on the airport’s website, but couldn’t see anything to answer the question, although I did see a story about airport theming (http://www.christchurchairport.co.nz/AboutUs/MediaCentre/article-2688/airport-wins-award-for-scenery-experience/). Is it part of this project? If so, what is the theme?
