A shop full of treasures and nic nacs!

I happened to be on Barbadoes Street this morning on another matter, but had my attention diverted by this lovely shop (on the corner of Edgeware Road and Barbadoes). If you like to have a  good old fossick around curio and antique stores then I think you’ll be delighted with etcetera. I was very close to walking out with a pair of black Italian ankle boots, some very lady-like tea cups, and a very old suitcase for putting stuff in (but I chose to be fiscally prudent!).

The shop is full of lots of fascinating and interesting bits and bobs, and sparkly things for magpies like myself. They have quite a lot of vintage clothing, militaria and kiwiana. Well, just have a look at the snaps I took and you will get the idea.

I find it nearly impossible to resist a window display full of red stuff!
According to my father, only 'hussies' wore berets!

Just spotted something I might have to go back for!

Military uniforms and chandeliers – a delightfully ecleptic mix

Not sure I could pull off any of these looks

Love the tea cup and the cute bunny and the table and the chairs!
