Heathcote Horses

I took a walk around Heathcote today, and came across these horses in one of the paddocks. The black one was by the fence when I walked past so I decided to go over for a pat. Sure enough the chestnut horse came over to inspect things. We had a little chat about the earthquake. They didn’t seem too concerned, just long as we didn’t run out of grass 🙂

They were very friendly, but I suspect it was ‘cupboard love’!

Thanks Jaime for telling me their names, they are lovely horses, you’re lucky to go riding, it’s a wonderful past time (I used to ride years ago).
