A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
This private garden is off a path I use on a regular basis. I’ve tried taking photos of it before but have never really liked the results. But I’ve recently gotten myself a 50mm lens for my Sony, and have started experimenting with it. There’s a lot to be set for fixed focal length lenses – and so far (2 days in) I am very happy with mine (I got the Sony DT 50 1.8).
Of course, I can’t tell you where the garden is – or then it wouldn’t be a secret 😉
Fabulous image – that lens sounds like a good investment!
