Today I went on a ‘mall crawl’ around Christchurch using the Orbiter bus for transport. It was 6 hours of shopping, tiring as you could expect, but a lot of fun. The very last thing my friend and I did was get to The Cupcake Collection at 5.55pm for our reward – divine cupcakes! Imagine our delight when we discovered there was a 2 for 1 special (closing time is a great time to buy cakes!). So we both bought one for ourselves and on for our partners. The cupcakes had to journey home on the bus with me in the cute little box above, and they got a little knocked around – but they still look great. And they tasted very good too.

I got the ‘little Mr’ cupcake for my guy – (the cupcake with the plane on it – suitably masculine), and I had the passion fruit cupcake with the adorable flower on top. You can find The Cupcake Collection on the first floor of Riccarton Mall.
