A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
This was taken last night from the Sign of the Takahe lookout. I shot this using a sunset mode, and I think it put too much orange into it, but I like it anyway! I’ve zoomed right in to get the southern alps mountain range and the mist. We had stunning weather over the weekend with a Nor’Wester so I just knew the evening would be nice.
I like the orange; it creates a warm atmosphere.
