So if you follow my blog closely, then you may have begun to suspect that seagulls are one of my favourite photographic subjects. And you’d be right. Before I started photographing them, I always thought of seagulls as the rats of the air. But they are actually quite striking creatures, and you have to take your hat off to them for their sheer cheek! Down at the New Brighton Pier they sit waiting for the people fishing to pull up their rods, just in case they can grab a tasty morsel.
