A daily photo from Ōtautahi, Christchurch, New Zealand
This is my first ever Owl photo. I don’t normally see them or even know where they are. I did think recently that I had been hearing an owl late at night. I may have been correct, as this one is not far from where I live. I’m not sure of the breed, but from my Google searches of NZ owl images, it looks to be a Little Owl. But I could most definitely be wrong.
