Breathe and Love

If you have been following my blog since the quake, then you might remember my post about the importance  of proper breathing during this time. Well here is a reminder once again, this time from Lyttelton. I must admit I caught myself holding my breath a few times on my walk around there today. I’ve got quite a soft spot for Lyttelton and its charms, and it was quite surreal walking around and looking at the damage for myself. Just walking around the main streets was a challenge. I’ll post more of my photos from the walk tomorrow, and you’ll see what I mean.

More great advice from Lyttelton.
