A Kingfisher in the gum tree just down from the house. I stood on the balcony and lent out as far as I could! I’d love to have a bigger lens – but will have to make do with what I have for now!

Not bad for not having a longer lens. I know the feeling well though, having 3 lenses for my Canon and the longest is 70-200.
We have kingfishers here in the UK but they are mostly blue and green and I have not seen one in perhaps two years and that was just very briefly.
