Decorations on the Arts Centre Turret
This turret is on the ground, as it was damaged in the earthquake and had to be removed from the top of the building. According to this article, the turret will stay on the ground for two years while its repaired at a cost of around 25 million. That’s one very expensive Christmas decoration 🙂

Street Art – Geisha girls near Brougham Street
I’ve driven past this street art by Wongi Wilson on Brougham street hundreds of times probably, but finally decided to stop the car, walk over to the wall it’s on and take a pic! I especially like the flowers in front of them – kind of makes it look like are in a garden.
