I’ve cried tears for the loss of so many lives today. This is not us we say. This is little old New Zealand. But extreme hate has been living amongst us and has shattered our innocence. Stay strong Christchurch, be kind to each other and if you need help ask, and if you see people struggling reach out. Spread love. Spread compassion. Spread hope. Hug each other.

So very sad that this beautiful city has gone through more dreadful devastation. My heart aches tonight and will do for New Zealand.

Only returned to UK from NZ a week ago. Never imagined this kind of thing would happen down there, but sadly hate and terrorism are now a global phenomenon. Much sympathy and I’ve lost a little more hope and faith in humanity.

My heart is so very, very heavy. I couldn’t help but to listen to the lyrics of The Weight Of Melted Snow – French for Rabbits (Official Music Video)… something deep just happened. I must go and grieve from afar now…
Stay strong.

I’ve only just seen the news getting online. Senseless. I’m very sorry.
